When I arrived at Valvoline, it was extremely busy. Turns out everyone had the same idea of getting their car inspected on a Monday around lunch! However, I was greeted almost immediately by one of the staff members and invited to wait in the lounge area. Due to the number of vehicles being serviced, my wait was longer than I originally expected. The manager was kind and apologetic; although the number of cars was completely beyond his control. My car was serviced as quickly as possible. The staff members were respectful and courteous. I will definitely use Valvoline in the future. Thank you!

Oil change & tire rotation and I was there maybe 15-20 minutes max! … Every single employee there made sure to welcome me! So kind & courteous and as miserably hot as it was, they smiled and acted like they were proud of their job! Just a great atmosphere and awesome employees! My permanent car care place from now on!!!

I came by to double check that I wasn’t due for a transmission service because I felt like I was slipping out of gear. Upon checking my records, the attendant (I wish I remembered his name) assured me that I had just had it serviced. I asked if he could check my transmission fluid just to make sure i didn’t have a leak and he assured me everything was good. A simple complimentary service that gave me immeasurable peace-of-mind. I love how respectful and attentive the staff is. Having had terrible experiences in other places where I felt taken advantage of it’s so refreshing to have a place I can trust that provides excellent customer service and a quality experience. Thank you so much.

I went there because of a deal with my airline miles, definitely not worth it. Unfriendly staff, expensive oil changes compared to other chains, the info they entered into their computer was incorrect, and they even slammed my door into their keyboard cart with just a "my bad, I dont see a scratch." Add all that to the ticked off attitude shown towards me because their scanner was having an issue reading my VIN, it was a wholly bad experience. I'll do it myself before I go back to this location. Giving it a 2 only because most people ignore 1 star comments.

My car battery died in a nearby parking lot. I walked and asked if they could assist as I had been a previous customer. They tried multiple times, multiple ways, well over an hour of their time to assist as the battery was so gone we needed to charge it to get to the trunk to eventually change the battery. They went over and beyond, were helpful and genuinely caring. Please consider Using them in them in the future as you will be well taken care of.
